Cycle to Waikanae estuary

Heading north along the new motorway cycle path, then west along the Waikanae River track to the coast and a picnic. Then a circuit home through Paraparaumu shops. That's about 20km and a pleasant cycle through the estuary. 

Will go back to take some bird photos.
