This is Waiwhetu Stream today, the stream that runs alongside the old school where I work. Twenty minutes later we got sent home. More to do with flooded roads than flooding at work.
Still raining. Weather is stopping the Kaikoura recovery - and who knows what shake loosened land is going to come sliding down over the next few days.
So am working at home, drinking coffee and eating fudge (see below), and looking out at the clouds.
Several shakes today.
What's next?!
