New Plymouth & Len Lye Museum
Ahh - the child in all of us! Strong it is in Carolski! Here seen spinning on the fab play equipment in Pukekura Park. We all had a go and rate this tops!.
Len Lye's awesome kinetic sculpture 'Universe'. It moves (very mesmeric) and 'donks' the suspended ball every now and then.
The very beautiful interior of the new Len Lye museum (opened in late July 2015).It has these soft undulating polished concrete columns. All his life Len was fascinated by light and movement - I reckon he's love these rippling forms. (very tactile too). :)
We loved New Plymouth - the waterfront, the museums, the cafe's....we'll be back.
