Today we awoke to a fantastic big cloud sky.
The transparent full moon was setting over the hills to the west (where you can see the sunlight in the photo) so I jumped onto the table on our deck and took this panorama which shows the corner of our house, Cook Strait (pierced by my fish sculpture), Mt Kaukau and the new wind farm on the horizon on the right.
You'll just have to believe me that the moon really is there; its just obscured by clouds a bit.
