Sofa stack in the doorway
Well, I did say how cold it was with the French doors open (wet paint drying on the outside) - so this is what we did to keep out the night breezes, a sofa and cushion stack. We've turned on the heater and got it up to 20, so all is well. Now, about those windows that are open in the bedrooms...
For those supersleuths trying to read the paper, the Dominion Post headline reads '20 Seconds of Terror'.
Hmmmm, dinner's cooking and we are toasty warm.

Hi Girls...I love the colour of the front door...so jolly!! I think the house is looking somewhat fab, glad to hear you are both well and keeping warm...its been really cold over here too! Life much the same...Bell is in the middle of HSC trials and Miss Hannah has started back at Uni for the last time...wooohooo only 4 months until she graduates! Everyone else is great...missing you both....as always! Merran xxx
