Site measure up starts with our trusty architect Jase
Its a good feeling to have started on our journey to re-invigorate number 9 - starting with a flying visit from Jase for 4 days to measure up the house, crawl into the roof space, under the house, on top of the house {'hey, you can see Sydney from here!'} get a feel for the site and so forth. My dire warnings to prepare for cold weather proved pretty wrong - the weather being warm, still (yes, that's right, no wind) and sunny in the main.
