Lola had the first shot of chemicals yesterday and, 36 hours later, is behaving normally. So far so good! No tiredness, vomiting, lack of appetite - ha, are we speaking too soon? The vet, an oncologist of course, says bad things happen in 48 hours if they are going to, and will go on for 4 or 5 days.
Weekly blood tests and 12 fortnightly chemical injections ahead.

ReplyDeleteHi guys! Hope Lola is going well. We have booked ourselves a 19 day campervanning trip around the south island in search of big trout! Due to arrive on the 18th March, not sure if we'll make it to the north island yet but will let you know if we do. Take care and be good!
