Making a concrete bowl in sand

We had an idea to make a footbath for sandy feet coming back from the sea. We mixed a left-over bag of concrete and shovelled it into a hole in the sand, using our hands to form the mix into a large bowl. 

Five days later we carefully dug it out.

Needs prettifying and rim grinding and bottom levelling, but should work. It's hard to get a flat bottom!
