We now have the Reid family cocktail shaker, so we had to get us some margarita magic happening.
The pre research was about ingredients. Settled on the Jose Cuervo blue agave reposado tequila, blue agave syrup, fresh limes, Cointreau, fine flakey Marlborough sea salt for the rims, bit of ice.
Then, the research about what to do with those ingredients.
Measuring, using the ancient Reid family juicer.
Pouring.
And, again, old fashioned parfait glasses from Castle Hill. They make good margarita glasses.
