Landscaping
Picked up four big coast banksia today and Mish has placed them in situ beside the deck. We're checking location and will plant them later. For now, they're sitting in their black plastic wrappers, tied to stakes. Poor buggers, taken from a sunny and sheltered nursery to our western side with a northerly zooming through today. Had a truck load of soil delivered today too, and that will help them take root in our section of Wellington rotten rock. They will look great if they can hack it - a nice bee-friendly screen. The birds have already stopped off.
